In these Terms & Conditions the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to create an Account and use the Services. By clicking "Register" and completing the registration process you warrant that you meet both requirements. rt99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the 21-year minimum age cannot be verified.
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian civil law. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party when registering or funding an Account.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on rt99. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed immediately. Any Wallet Balance or winnings accumulated in a duplicate account may be forfeited.
You are not eligible to register if you are: (a) a current employee, director, or consultant of rt99 or any of its affiliates; (b) an immediate family member of any such person; (c) a resident of a jurisdiction where the Services are explicitly prohibited by local law; or (d) subject to a self-exclusion order placed with rt99 or any gaming operator that maintains a shared exclusion registry.
⚠️ Age Restriction: It is a serious offence to misrepresent your age to obtain gambling services. rt99 will report suspected underage gambling to the relevant authorities and will not return funds deposited by an underage Player.
To open an Account you must complete the online registration form accurately and truthfully, providing your: full legal name as it appears on your national identity card (KTP), valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, date of birth, and a chosen username and password. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify rt99 immediately via live chat or email. The Company shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining Wallet Balance. Accounts may not be reopened within the first 30 days following a voluntary closure request.
rt99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account was registered with false information; (b) the Player has breached these Terms; (c) fraudulent activity or money-laundering is suspected; or (d) the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Before processing any withdrawal or upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold of Rp 10,000,000, rt99 will request the following documents: (a) a clear colour photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport; (b) a selfie photograph holding the identity document; and (c) proof of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your online banking app showing the account number and name). Additional documents may be required at the Company's discretion.
Standard KYC review is completed within 15–30 minutes during business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Submissions received outside these hours are reviewed the following business day. The Company is not responsible for withdrawal delays caused by a Player's failure to supply complete documentation promptly.
If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, rt99 reserves the right to freeze your Account, suspend withdrawals, and, where required under international anti-money-laundering obligations, report the Account to competent authorities.
rt99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment channels listed below. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. rt99 will return any deposit received from a third-party account and may close the Account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you have completed full KYC and requested an alternative method in writing. Withdrawals are subject to KYC completion. rt99 targets processing within 24 hours; large withdrawals exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional review and take up to 72 hours.
rt99 does not charge any internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any transfer fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility. Currency conversion fees do not apply as all accounts are maintained in IDR.
rt99 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank's processing systems, scheduled maintenance windows, or national holidays. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes during banking hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on rt99 are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as these general bonus conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New players who make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the rt99 Welcome Bonus of 100% match up to Rp 2,000,000. The bonus is credited automatically to your Bonus Balance upon deposit confirmation. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 3x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any portion of the Bonus Balance may be transferred to the Wallet Balance or withdrawn.
Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates:
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any unmet wagering requirement at expiry will result in the Bonus Balance being removed from the Account. Completed wagering that has already converted bonus to real funds is unaffected.
rt99 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close Accounts where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures.
💡 Transparency Commitment: rt99 will never alter wagering requirements or bonus terms retroactively. Any changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players by email no less than 48 hours before taking effect.
rt99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error. Where odds are found to be materially incorrect, the Company will notify the affected player and offer the option of accepting the correct odds or receiving a full stake refund.
Football betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the UEFA Champions League — are settled according to the official result at the end of 90 minutes plus referee-added stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless the market is explicitly designated as "including extra time." Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the wager to succeed; a single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg.
In-play markets are subject to brief suspension during key match events (goals, red cards, penalties). Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and stakes returned. Accepted live bets that were placed with full knowledge of an undisclosed key event may be voided.
All slot and casino games available on rt99 use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays; stakes on affected rounds are refunded.
If your internet connection is interrupted during a bet or game round, the outcome will be determined by the server state recorded at the time of disconnection. rt99 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rt99 Platform. Violations may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law-enforcement authorities:

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of rt99 intellectual property may result in legal action.
rt99 aims to maintain 99.5% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. The Company is not liable for losses arising from planned or unplanned downtime, including missed betting opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposit value you made in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
rt99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Games supplied by third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, and Microgaming are subject to those providers' own technical terms. rt99 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions originating within third-party game software.
The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the rt99 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In summary, rt99 collects personal data solely to provide its Services, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rt99 holds its international gaming licence. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance. The majority of account and betting disputes are resolved within 5 business days. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through direct support, either party may refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution body designated by our licensing authority.
Online betting exists in a legally ambiguous environment in Indonesia. Indonesia's Public Gambling Act of 1867 predates the internet and does not explicitly address offshore online platforms. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws before accessing rt99. The Company makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in your specific locality.
rt99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that affect your rights, financial obligations, or available game types — will be communicated by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
